DAPSY makes police report against Umno man

Saya membuat laporan polis dengan merujuk kepada laporan polis yang dibuat oleh seorang ahli Pertubuhan Alumni Kelab-kelab UMNO Luar Negara, Abd Razak Bin Mohd Ghazali (No K/P: 680xxx-xx-xxxx) pada 23 Januari 2006, nombor laporan polis: Sentul 001133/06.
Laporan polis itu menuduh YB Teresa Kok Suh Sim, Ahli Parlimen Seputeh dengan tuduhan-tuduhan berikut:
i)menyimpan, mengedar dan menyebarkan bahan lucah (video) dengan menggunakan komputer riba kepada beberapa orang Ahli Parlimen dan kepada wartawan akhbar serta televisyen;
ii)menuduh YB Teresa Kok melakukan fitnah dengan menuduh wanita di dalam video tersebut adalah pelancong dari Negara China, tetapi hakikatnya wanita tersebut adalah rakyat tempatan berketurunan Melayu;
iii)secara sengaja telah mengaibkan wanita di dalam video disiar kepada umum dan menjatuhkan maruah kaum wanita di Malaysia;
iv)menuduh YB Teresa Kok merosakkan kredibiliti Pihak Polis DiRaja Malaysia;
v)merosakkan perpaduan dan integrasi antara kaum-kaum di negara ini;
vi)mengeruhkan hubungan baik di antara Negeri China dan Malaysia;
vii)merosakkan industri perlancongan kerana menimbulkan ketakutan di kalangan pelancong dari Negeri China ke negara ini;
viii)menimbulkan suasana gempar di antara kerajaan dan rakyat, menimbulkan rasa tidak senang dan sentimen kebencian rakyat terhadap kerajaan serta pihak Polis DiRaja Malaysia.
Kelip video yang ditunjukkan oleh YB Teresa Kok bukannya video lucah tetapi ia adalah kelip video yang membayangkan kesengsaraan dan kepahitan seseorang tahanan wanita yang dipaksa untuk berbogel badan dan membuat ketuk-ketambi di hadapan seorang polis wanita. Perbuatan polis yang tidak perikemanusiaan dan bercanggah dengan prinsip hak asasi manusia ini telah mengejutkan kerajaan dan masyarakat umum sehingga kerajaan menubuhkan Suruhanjaya DiRaja untuk menyiasat dan mengkaji prosedur polis sebegini. Jadi tuduhan Abdul Razak bin Mohd Ghazali di atas adalah amat tidak berasas.
Selain itu, laporan polis Abdul Razak bin Mohd Ghazali juga merupakan penghinaan terhadap kebijaksanaan YAB Perdana Menteri dan kabinet yang telah menubuhkan Suruhanjaya Diraja untuk menyiasat isu ketuk-ketambi di balai polis sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam kelip video berkenaan. Sehubungan dengan itu, laporan polis Abdul Razak juga menunjukkan penghinaan terhadap Suruhanjaya DiRaja yang ditubuhkan dan ditauliahkan oleh YDP Agong.
YB Teresa Kok telah banyak kali menjelaskan bahawa beliau tidak pernah mendakwa wanita dalam kelip video itu adalah pelancong dari Negeri China, tetapi sebaliknya beliau selalu berkata kepada media bahawa beliau tidak kenal wanita dalam kelip video tersebut. Apa yang beliau kata ialah ketuk-ketambi yang dilakukan oleh wanita dalam kelip video itu adalah sama dengan tuduhan 4 warga China yang ditahan oleh polis pada 3 November 2005, jadi laporan polis yang dibuat oleh Abdul Razak bin Mohd Ghazali telah memutar-belitkan fakta dan penuh muslihat jahat.
YB Teresa Kok hanya menjalankan tugasnya sebagai wakil rakyat. Beliau akan dilihat gagal dari segi menjalankan tugasnya sekiranya beliau tidak mendedahkan kelip video berkenaan kepada media dan Ahli Parlimen, termasuk Menteri di kabinet di Bangunan Parlimen.
Kesemua tuduhan yang tertulis dalam laporan polis Abdul Razak bin Mohd Ghazali bukan sahaja penuh dengan maklumat palsu, tetapi ia juga bertujuan untuk merosakkan namabaik YB Teresa Kok. Perbuatannya telah bersabit kesalahan seksyen 182 dan seksyen 499 dan 500 dalam Kanun Keseksaan, dan juga seksyen 8A dalam Akta Cetakan (Printing Presses and Publication Act), jadi saya minta polis untuk menjalankan siasatan terhadap tingkahlaku beliau.

Section 182. False information, with intent to cause a public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person.
Whoever gives to any public servant any information orally or in writing which he knows or believes to be false, intending thereby to cause, or knowing it to be likely that he will thereby cause, such public servant to use the lawful power of such public servant to the injury or annoyance of any person, or to do or omit anything which such public servant ought not to do or omit if the true state of facts respecting which such information is given were known by him, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand ringgit, or with both.
Section 499. Defamation.
Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read or by signs, or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person, intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm the reputation of such person, is said, except in the cases hereinafter excepted, to defame that person.
Section 500. Punishment for defamation.
Whoever defames another shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
Printing Presses and Publication Act
Section 8A. Offence to publish false news.
(1) Where in any publication there is maliciously published any false news, the printer, publisher, editor and the writer thereof shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to both.
(2) For the purposes of this section, malice shall be presumed in default of evidence showing that, prior to publication, the accused took reasonable measures to verify the truth of the news.
(3) No prosecution for an offence under this section shall be initiated without the consent in writing of the Public Prosecutor.
I am hurt.
Such demonstration of leadership (or lack thereof) is appaling and demotivating.
Reason and intelligence are greatly overshadowed by ignorance and arrogance. Occupied with the frivolous, neglecting the urgent. Resources wasted, competitiveness dwindling; indolence abound, denial pravalent.
What hope lies ahead?

WAY TO GO DAP WELL DONE AND LETS SEE IF THE POLICE WILL TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST this clown abodolh razak to whom I say what goes around comes around,PEMBOBODEK, ORANG TAK ADA MARUAH. Kerajaan bersetuju menubuhkan Suruhanjaya Bebas bagi memantau tingkah laku polis secepat mungkin, ke arah penambahbaikkan perkhidmatan polis, kata Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi malam ini.

Kebanyakan ahli-ahli UMNO luar negara berpendidikan barat di peringkat sarjana/ muda/ doktor dengan pertolongan kerajaan ie MARA, JPA lain lain. Walau bagaimanapun, sedihnya, diperhatikan bahawa duit berjuta juta yang dilaburkan oleh kerajaan untuk mendidik sekumpulan anak anak Melayu telah disisirkan untuk duit tuisyen Universiti bertaraf tinggi (dan tidak tinggi). Pendidikan mereka di universiti universiti ini tidak digunakan untuk membawa perspektif global dan seimbang dalam menangani isu isu tanah air. Sebaliknya, sekumpulan mereka masih menggunakan ‘akal kampung’ mereka yang berdering dengan emosi tak terkawal. Walaupun, anak-anak Malaysia yang masih di tanahair menjerit ‘Malaysia boleh’ dengan pendidikan dalam negara, sekumpulan mereka yang di luar negara sudah lupa amalan sopan orang Malaysia walau apapun bangsa dan sebaliknya tersasar dari kompass mereka, bertentangan dengan ajaran Melayu mereka yang lazimnya menasihati mereka untuk hidup sebagai insan yang hanya mengamalkan nilai-nilai positif.

1) he knows what is an computer and what’s in internet – otherwise he might presume we have very nice hand writing

Nothing much will come out from this police report, not even a slap on the wrist for this UMNO overseas club fella since Noh Omar who is the the head honcho for the police force is also the chairman of this club.

Lau Weng San’s report is well written with flair, passion and relevance. Not in his mother toungue. Should use this piece in a B melayu text book for teaching language command (disregard the political backdrop)

Dear All,
Just to share my thought with you all.
My colleague gave me an inspiration after he complained I missed call his phone no 2nd time. I thought myself, he reacted too fast and did not THINK DEEPLY. The reason was I called him when my car stop during driving. When he did not answer within short time and my car has to move, I stopped dialing. Another fact is I has included him in my Angpow name list 1 day ago. I have written many colleague’s name as an appreciation for all the help and support given to me for the past year. So if he think I am stingy and miss call, then he judge me incorrectly.
Now come to this case of making police report against YB Teresa Kok. I think we need to THINK DEEPLY also why certain group of people behave differently from us.
Eg 1. Why certain group of people particularly Malay still think highly of Police Force??
Could it be there is discrimination of police force against certain group ( different race, religion or political belief )? For Chinese we may have EXPERIENCED Police Abuse and Corruption, SEEN it in newspaper and HEARD it through our friends and relatives so many times since long ago and it still continue. For Malay how often they did??

A Malay JPJ police in K.Terengganu was beaten by a group of Malay Kampung folk in the process of catching a Malay motorcyclist who refuse to stop at Checking Block. He said “Mereka juga tuduh saya kejam kerana melanggar pemuda itu dan menganggap saya penguatkuasa JPJ yang tidak berguna kerana berani membuat pemeriksaan ke atas orang Melayu saja.”
Eg 2. Why certain group of people labeled Nude Woman Ear Squat MMS video clip as pornography (Lucah).
Could it be that they are very religious people and abstain themselves totally from pornography? Then the video clip could possibly cause sexual arousal in them. For those who enjoy pornography often, this video clip may not have effect in them at all.
In Summary, my advice is Think Deeply first before we pass judgement. Wisdom lies in Deep Thought.
