YB,
Only a fool will lodge a police report against you.You are doing the right thing by exposing the strip search ear squat issue which even the Inquiry Commision have recommended the shameful practice to be ban.Umno Oversea club alumni Organisation which lodged the report have an arrogant chairman by the name of Mohd Noh who have even been warned by the PM over his contradict statements and who have the guts to chase away any tourist who don’t feel like staying in Malaysia.
Anyway don’t be intimidated by them. You did the right thing and we are fully behind you.Keep fighting for justice.Cheers.

My MP Ms Teresa Kok,
This Abdul Razak guy appears to have confused you with a Puan Teresa Kok and equally confused with who are those who have wrongly identified the poor ketuk ketampi lady as a Chinese National.
The polis officer who took the report is also one who is poorly informed regarding you and those who had mistaken the lady for a Chinese national. Goes to show how well informed our polis is. Does he/she bother to read the papers or watch TV or listen to the radio to keep abreast of happenings.
You should study the possiblity of sueing the guy for making a false report and insisting that the MP for Seputeh is a Puan Teresa Kok.

1.Pada 25hb, November 2005 di ruang lobi bangunan Parlimen Malaysia, beliau menyimpan, mengedar dan menyebarkan bahan lucah (video)—> already Nazri say it is no porno. If porno, then all menteri and wartawan should be jailed for waching porn.
2.Beliau telah melakukan fitnah dengan tanpa usul periksa bahawa kononnya wanita di dalam video tersebut adalah pelancong dari negara China—> u mentioned until I am sian that you never mentioned race/nationality but human right.
3.Perbuatan beliau dengan tanpa usul periksa dan secara sengaja telah mengaibkan wanita tersebut—-> the true source of malu to her is that polis made her do something unnecessary and wrong then tape & distibute it.
4.Perbuatan beliau berkemungkinan adalah usaha bagi merosakkan kredibiliti Pihak Polis—> aiyo, we already know how good our PDRM is. Read the Royal Commission Report (part II). They did not sing praise to police, yes? PDRM good? how come got so many recommendations to improve?
5.Perbuatan beliau merosakkan perpaduan dan integrasi antara kaum-kaum di Negara ini—> who’s the racist here? Teresa also helped 3 malay women, dirtiesd her hand with the Indo case and soon, assist a Martian who lost his/her/it space ship.
6.Perbuatan beliau mengeruhkan hubungan baik di antara dua Negara iaitu Negara China dan Malaysia—> whoa, you think diplomatic tie so fragile meh? China got threaten us and not protecting us from Siam meh?
7.Perbuatan beliau juga merosakkan industri perlancongan di mana, keyakinan pelancong khususnya dari Negara China terhadap Negara ini telah hilang dan menimbulkan ketakutan di kalangan mereka untuk melancong ke negara ini.—> aiyo then imigration officer who hold up tourists at imigration point, the waiters at Genting also wrong lor….
8.Beliau cuba menimbulkan suasana gempar di antara kerajaan dan rakyat, di mana, ia menimbulkan rasa tidak senang dan sentimen kebencian rakyat terhadap kerajaan serta Pihak Polis Di Raja Malaysia—-> anybody wanna start an insurgency against kerajaan and polis? I dun see anybody queueing up with enthusiam….
Jolly funny reading. I don’t feel happy paying my income tax if my money goes towards sponsoring them.

YB seputeh kita tak sebut pun pasal kewarganegaraan wanita dalam video tu. cuma akhbar-akhbar tempatan kita yang tak tahu malu speculate gadis lokap tu kononnya dari china. kan ni sudah jadi non-issue, buat ape nak bangkitkan lagi.

Wanna find out what kind of mentality these people have? Let’s ask them. Am picking on the “professors” and “doctors” from the Jawatankuasa list in the hopes of chancing upon some sense and sensibility. I won’t bother with the women since a woman senator from UMNO has already taken Teresa Kok to task for ‘demeaning women’ (the same senator who cried her helplessness in not being able to stop the Islamic Family Law Bill).
Hey, students! ask your prof whether it’s right that an MP is punished for exposing police abuse of power. Colleagues of these esteemed profs, casually find out how their minds think – or not! – over tea. Everyone else, care to call, fax or email?
Roll call!

Dear Ma’am,
I think that what you have been doing, are all great. It is something that not many people would do, be it related to the ear-squat, the landslide at Tmn Desa or etc. I salute you for your dedication towards the work you are doing and the effort you take, to solve issues the best you can.
I may not give the best advise, but whatever you do, do it with confidence and continue to do the great job you are doing now.
There will always be someone out there who will criticize every single thing you do…... but just let it go in one ear and come out the other…. they’re just jealous because they cannot do what you can….and you are doing tremendously great!
Cheers and all the best to you!

Absolutely preposterous. And this being reported in a tiny inconspicuous corner of the same edition whose large headlines read that nudesquats are to be banned… all due attention given as a result of your actions. I am indignant on your behalf. Ridiculous to the utmost degree.

Please do not blame this fella.. I guessed, he must have just came out from hibernation somewhere.
Even if Abdul Razak wants to gain political mileage out of this by lodging a police report against YB, at least he should get his facts right first. Otherwise, it is nothing more than just slapping his own face…

Hobernation? If he is alumni of oversea UMNO whatever, I would expect him to have a wider exposure to different parts of the world than many of us and have the ability to argue issues in a holistic, multi-angle prespective.
If we send our best brains on tax payer money to oversea for the betterment of the nation….I expect more.

Sometimes the best reaction is no reaction. We have so many monkeys up the trees fighting for attention. Let us not become barking dogs. If you see this as the work of nincompoops, our best reaction is smile and let them make greater fools of themselves. CNY is coming, so let us just cool down and enjoy the holidays, OK?

Dear Ms Kok, i have just gone through the Penal Code due to my concern about your liberty and i am sorry to say that you might be facing a long term in prison.
I will address each issue according to their number in the police report.
1. distributing pornography is indeed an offence. therefore, you will be found guilty here. by definition pornography is Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal. therefore, all the maker of the report is saying is that he was aroused by the video. by causing him such arousal, you have committed an offence.
2. fitnah dengan tanpa usul also sounds like a very serious offence. i don’t quite know what it means… in fact i dont know what it means at all! but it sounds scary…
3. your actions were in fact disrespectful to the woman in the video. how could you have the cheek to do her a favour by making public how the police abused her? i bet even all women throughout malaysia hate you now because now thanks to your intervention they will not be given the opportuinity to do squats in the police station. you are indeed a disgrace to all women.
4. further, your actions did affect the credibility of our police force. it doesnt matter what they did, what matters is what the public know and how they came to know about it. and YOU, by making the video public, directly lowered the public’s perception of the coutry’s police force. one might say that the police force brought this upon themselves by FIRST, making the woman do the nude squats and SECOND, filming it and passing it around… but that is all they did. they did not make it public. so the blame must fall squarely on you. everyone’s high regard for our super-clean police force is now gone thanks to you.
5. i also agree with this point in the report. immediately after seeing the video, i went out to slash people of 3 different races with a parang. i just couldnt help it. and i will testify as a witness at your trial to this effect. seeing a malay officer make a malay woman to ear squats was just too much for me to handle. it made me hate everyone of a different race.
6. well.. as to this point, when the chinese government bombs your house, all i can say is ‘i told you so’
7. the amount of loss you caused the government will be the subject of a civil suit. i am estimating the amount of damages to be in the RM1 - RM2 billion range. now chinese migrant workers who come here to look for work and not to spend their money will not come here anymore. wait, that doesnt make sense…but i dont care.. its in the police report.. it must be true!
8. this one is also true but it is basically repeating some of the earlier stuff.. so there…
well ms kok, have you looked at the Penal Code recently?
i believe making a false report and giving false information are offences too… maybe you should consider making your own report?

—-> Nazri said not it ws not porn. SHe showed in Parliment and clearly her intention is not for voyeurism purpose – would have done that in a toilet instead. You get aroused watching that?
2. fitnah dengan tanpa usul also sounds like a very serious offence. i don’t quite know what it means… in fact i dont know what it means at all! but it sounds scary…
—-> if dun know, dun say and go back to standard 3 BM class
3. your actions were in fact disrespectful to the woman in the video. how could you have the cheek to do her a favour by making public how the police abused her? i bet even all women throughout malaysia hate you now because now thanks to your intervention they will not be given the opportuinity to do squats in the police station. you are indeed a disgrace to all women.
—-> how many women supporter Teresa have? The 3 malay ladies still go to her for help. The Police humuliated the “malay” ger by filming the wrong act (confirmed is wrong by commission)Teresa highlighted well-knowned abuse emphatically and get actions taken.
4. further, your actions did affect the credibility of our police force. it doesnt matter what they did, what matters is what the public know and how they came to know about it. and YOU, by making the video public, directly lowered the public’s perception of the coutry’s police force. one might say that the police force brought this upon themselves by FIRST, making the woman do the nude squats and SECOND, filming it and passing it around… but that is all they did. they did not make it public. so the blame must fall squarely on you. everyone’s high regard for our super-clean police force is now gone thanks to you.
—-> so police can do whatever – rob, rape and plunder and is all right except it is known to public? Are you a member of the Royal Rwanda Police. If you were being maltreated by police, you won’t understand.
5. i also agree with this point in the report. immediately after seeing the video, i went out to slash people of 3 different races with a parang. i just couldnt help it. and i will testify as a witness at your trial to this effect. seeing a malay officer make a malay woman to ear squats was just too much for me to handle. it made me hate everyone of a different race.—-> you murdered. It’s a hanging offence.
6. well.. as to this point, when the chinese government bombs your house, all i can say is ‘i told you so’—-> even a child knows that China would send bombers overseas. Leave that to Al-Qaeda. Chian government more interested in making money and threatening Taiwan
7. the amount of loss you caused the government will be the subject of a civil suit. i am estimating the amount of damages to be in the RM1 - RM2 billion range. now chinese migrant workers who come here to look for work and not to spend their money will not come here anymore. wait, that doesnt make sense…but i dont care.. its in the police report.. it must be true!—-> please prduce the excel spreadsheet that shows the loss.
8. this one is also true but it is basically repeating some of the earlier stuff.. so there…—->yawn. Can’t believe I wasted my time.
Well ms kok, have you looked at the Penal Code recently?

my reply to lee wee tak was deleted… and his was edited.. “to keep the exchange of views civil”.
let me quote from his edited post…
1. You sick [deleted]
2. go back to standard 3 BM class
3. Are you a member of the Royal Rwanda Police
4. bet you can’t count your own fingers by the looks of you reasoning.
all i said was explain to the other posters that i was in fact being sarcastic. if even that post can be deleted and the above quotes of lee wee tak left to remain there i must say that i have lost all respect for this blog. what is the difference between you and the governent if you selectively censor? this is indeed disappointing… and shameful… looks like whether you are opposition or government, at the end of the day you are all the same.

lee wee tak, iiiii was menyindir-ing lah. he was assuming the position of the idiots and showing how ridiculous their reasoning is. you should catch instant cafe theatre or the comedy court (starring indy nadarajah and allan perera) to get the joke.
reminds me of the time when the government wanted to censor songs because of some ‘objectionable’ lyrics. one sarky fella wrote in to suggest that nursery rhymes like jack and jill be banned as well, because it’s not logical that jack went up the hill for water since water can only be found in valleys and when jill came tumbling after…must be got hanky-panky lah…! his letter generated a stream of angry letters castigating him for his dirty mind. i was one of those who misunderstood his intention. luckily, i learnt to understand the art of sarcasm from instant cafe theatre after that.
the minute i saw iiiii’s posting, i thot…hahaha. clever fler. maybe too clever to the point of being misunderstood. most probably, if umno ppl read it, they’d probably think it’s for real too!
