I’ll seek to cut IGP’s salary

My emergency motion according to the Standing Order of 18(1) was rejected by the speaker Tan Sri Ramli Ngah on the ground that the issue is no more urgent as the PM has set up an independent body to investigate the complaint of the four Chinese nationals over their detention in the police lock-up.

I don’t agree with his view as I think that we MPs should be independent from the decision of the Executive. (more…)
